Issue: PDFs are not loading in Internet Explorer - FileAssure
Solution: Enable and/or reset the add-on for Adobe PDF Reader

Solution: Enable and/or reset the add-on for Adobe PDF Reader
Opening the Manage add-ons panel
- Click Settings > Internet Options
- Click the Programs tab
- Click Manage add-ons under the Manage add-ons heading
Enabling and/or resetting the PDF viewer
- Being by selecting 'All add-ons'
- Scroll through the list until you find Adobe PDF Reader
- Click it
- Click the Enable button if it hasn't been enabled
- Click the Disable button, then the Enable button again to reset the PDF Reader.
- Close the window

Restart your browser
If you do not see this in your list, you'll have to install Adobe Reader.
