Issue: PDFs are not loading in Internet Explorer - FileAssure
Solution: Enable and/or reset the add-on for Adobe PDF Reader

Opening the Manage add-ons panel
  1. Click Settings > Internet Options
  2. Click the Programs tab
  3. Click Manage add-ons under the Manage add-ons heading

Enabling and/or resetting the PDF viewer
  1. Being by selecting 'All add-ons'
  2. Scroll through the list until you find Adobe PDF Reader
  3. Click it
  4. Click the Enable button if it hasn't been enabled
  5. Click the Disable button, then the Enable button again to reset the PDF Reader.
  6. Close the window
  7. Restart your browser


If you do not see this in your list, you'll have to install Adobe Reader.
