If a POC for a debtor had previous deficiency logged into FileAssure, it will prompt you each time you type the debtor filename as 'Similar cases found'.

Clicking this link will pop-up a window displaying a list of previous POCs with deficiencies.

You can click the description link to display the deficient POC.

If the current POC you're on is related to any of the existing deficient POCs, and it rectifies those deficiencies, you can close the case.

Once you've closed the case, you can continue to file the POC appropriately by clicking process.
