  1. Appointments scheduled for you
  2. Lead sources:
    1. Web form submissions
    2. Social media feeds


Closing scheduled appointments

  1. Click the item from your home screen
  2. Expand the case entry by clicking the arrow 
  3. Click the update button for the case item
  4. Set the status to closed
  5. Click Update


Closing Lead Sources

  1. Click the item from your home screen
  2. Click the update button
  3. Set the status to closed
  4. Click Update
