Fileassure now supports a Client Portal which allows for secure sharing of files between you and the debtor. Clients can access their files via a browser on their laptop, tablet or phone, to view what items need to be provided and upload documents against your list of requests. No mobile app installation is required.

Our Client Portal eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth communications between you and your debtors. Your clients can securely access information to get more insight into case progress and understand what information is required. (And Fileassure’s Notifications will automatically notify them for you.) Clients have access only to their facilities and only see the items that you assign to them. Invites can be sent to the client portal by copying the link or sending an email to the client in Fileassure.  


 

Upload files 


Fileassure makes it easier for clients to upload files, so you can get what you need faster and safer than ever. With the Client Portal, your clients can view and download documents against your list of requests with just a few clicks in their browser or via a simple drag-and-drop. 

Clients are directed to the Fileassure Client Portal by clicking on the link. 


 

Customized branding 


Make the Client Portal your own with logo and brand colors, right down to the URL — so your clients see you, not Fileassure. We can create a design for you to present a more polished and professional look to your clients. 

 

2. Seamless client collaboration




With Fileassure, clients can easily schedule something with you via our integrated scheduling tool. Fileassure easily links to tools like Zoom and integrates with any calendar on Outlook. 


 

Client Communication


All communications between you and your clients will also be saved to their record in Fileassure’s Case tab. Anyone with access to the client record will have a holistic view of any communications with that debtor. 

 
With Fileassure you can allow your clients to submit questions and inquiries directly to you. Requests from all client records you’re tracking will show up on your Fileassure Case tab. 


To save you and your team some time, we also created a FAQ chatbot with pre-programmed responses to commonly asked questions.

Upcoming payments 


Through our Client Portal, your clients can access their balance due, see a list of all payments made and view upcoming payments.
