The POC work queue is presented on the home screen for individuals that have items allocated in the Admin > Configurations > Allocation section.

POC Queue

The POC queue lists all the incoming pocs that have been funneled through to your dedicated poc email account. Clicking any of these items will navigate you to the POC Processing screen where you'll be able to view the poc and upload it to the correct debtor record.

Users with Admin rights can control the number of POC items that are assigned to you by changing the work load percentage on the Allocation screen in the Admin section.
