Text message notifications and reminders can be used for scheduled appointments, to ensure the debtor is aware of and attend the scheduled appointment.
Text messages in Fileassure are automatically triggered based on notification rules you can customize in the admin section.
Of course, obtaining the debtor's mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages are required. There are two sections of the system that allows you to enable text message notifications.
Add Client
- Scroll to the “Enable SMS Notification” section
- Check the box
- Choose which number the debtor would like the text message to be sent to
The phone numbers available for selection are based on the Mobile phone numbers you enter in the previous section
Client Info
- Click Edit
- Scroll to the “Enable SMS Notification” section
- Check the box
- Choose which number the debtor would like the text message to be sent to
- Click Save
