Documents can be uploaded manually at any time from any web browser. Once you’re on the documents module follow these steps:
- Click the upload button
A pop-up window will be shown allowing you to correctly file, name, and upload the document
- Select the folder you want to add the document to from the folder drop down menu
- Select a pre-defined name from the Document prefix list
- (Optional) Type in a unique description in the text box of step 3
- Choose the file to be uploaded by clicking the Browse button
- Click OK button
