Documents can be uploaded manually at any time from any web browser. Once you’re on the documents module follow these steps: 

  1. Click the upload button  

A pop-up window will be shown allowing you to correctly file, name, and upload the document

  1. Select the folder you want to add the document to from the folder drop down menu
  2. Select a pre-defined name from the Document prefix list 
  3. (Optional) Type in a unique description in the text box of step 3
  4. Choose the file to be uploaded by clicking the Browse button
  5. Click OK button
