This method of uploading documents to FileAssure will upload the document in it's original file format


 A folder called FileAssure will already be created in your C:\ directory: 


  1. Begin by clicking/selecting the document(s) you want to upload to FileAssure
  2. Drag them into the FileAssure folder as shown in the above image Alternatively, you can copy the selected documents and paste them into the FileAssure folder 


The Print Driver Utility will pop-up 

 

 

  1. Click ‘Refresh Debtor Lists’
  2. Select the debtor Filename the document will be uploaded to

    You can either utilize the drop-down list’s scroll bar, or type in a segment of the filename
     
  3. Select the Folder the document will be uploaded to
  4. Select a Document Name prefix
  5. (Optional) Type in additional description in the name text box
  6. Click Save


A pop-up window will appear stating that they document has been successfully uploaded
