The edit mode allows you modify a document by adding markups, and changing page order and orientation. A version of the document is created whenever the save icon is clicked, giving you the option to revert back to it in the future.


To enable edit mode, simply click the View switch and it will toggle to Edit 

Once enabled, you'll see several options available for you 



VIEWING PREFERENCE 



When the document is in Modify mode you have several viewing and page navigation options. 


A. View Zoom 


There are four preset zoom levels:


Fit - the width of the document is stretched to the width of the display panel

50% - the document is reduced to half it's size 

100% - the actual document size will be displayed 

 200% - the document will be magnified two times it's size 


B. Next/Previous Page 


There is a next and back button to help you flip through the pages of a document

 > click the next button to proceed to the next page in the document 

< click the previous button to fall back to the previous page in the document 


C. Page locator and navigator


This drop down menu will show you the page you are currently on relative to the total number of pages in the document. Simply click the drop down menu and select the appropriate page number to avoid clicking the next and previous page button 


PAGE PREFERENCE 


With the Page tab options, you won't have to re-scan or re-upload a document - simply use these easy to use tools to polish the document to your liking.



Move


Clicking this button will allow you to move the current page you're on, to a different order in the document you're viewing. 


1. Start by scrolling to the page you want to move 

2. Click the page tab, then the move button 

3. Select the page number you want to move the current page to 

4. Click Select 

5. Click Save


Delete  


If you want to delete those blank pages or any other pages that are not relevant to the document, simply click the Delete button and it'll be removed. 


1. Start by scrolling to the page you want to delete 

2. Click the page tab, then the delete button 

3. Click Yes

 4. Click Save 


Append 


Add a page or a whole other document by clicking the Append button. 


1. Start by scrolling to the page you want additional pages to appear after 

2. Click the page tab, then the Append button 

3. Click Yes

 4. Click the Choose File button to select the document you would like to append 

5. Click Upload

6. Click Save


Rotating


Easily correct the page orientation by clicking the rotate left or rotate right button 


1. Start by scrolling to the page you want to rotate 

2. Click the page tab, then the Rotate Right or Rotate Left button 

3. Click OK 

4. Click Save 

 

MARKUPS



There are several options to mark up a document from shapes to check marks, text and more. 


To use any of these mark ups: 

1. Start by click the Insert tab and click the mark up option 

2. Once active, point and click where you want the mark up to appear on the document's page. 

3. Click Save
