The home page contains a list of items that have been assigned to you requiring your attention and follow-up. They contain the following types of items:
- Leads submitted from web forms and social media integrations
- Scheduled appointments
- Documents for review
- Documents for approval
Sorting and filtering
You can better manage and prioritize your list by utilizing filters and sorting it appropriately.
Sorting
By default, the list of items is sorted by age in an ascending order - age depicts the number of days the item has been pending.
Click any of the columns headings to sort it alphabetically or numerically.
Filtering
In addition to the drop down menus, there is an open search box that allows to filter the list based on your keyword(s). Three drop down menus are available for filtering by:
- Stage
- Status
- Item assigned to*
*User accounts with manager view enabled will have the ability to view other users home screen items.
