Simply select the document(s) you would like to send and click the email button on the FileAssure menu bar.
A screen will pop up to enter in an email address you would like to send documents to.
You are able to send the documents to more than one email address by simply pressing the enter key after typing in the first address.
Enter in the CC and BCC if necessary.
Enter in the Subject Line.
Enter in the message you would like to send.
Once you click send, the email will be stored in the case page of the FileAssure record, as well as the user's "sent" folder in their email system.
