Appointments can be scheduled for any debtor in the system, regardless if they are in the intake stage or have already filed. You can access the appointment scheduler by:

  1. Clicking Add on the menu bar
  2. Clicking schedule appointment on Client Info 
  3. Auto direct with a telephony system

The following needs to be setup first before using the appointment scheduler:

  • Creating office locations
  • Entering your Outlook email credentials*
  • Setting your availability at the office location(s)

*Not necessary when utilizing enterprise level of Fileassure

 

Scheduling appointments

There are four key pieces of information that need to be defined when scheduling an appointment in the system: Location, Date, Time, Agent
 

  1. Select a location from the drop down menu or by selecting it on the map 
  2. Select a date by clicking on the calendar
  3. Select the start time of the appointment on the Available Slots section
  4. Select an agent
  5. (Optional) Select a meeting type
  6. Click schedule and continue

  

A – Office location information

Information about the office such as the address, phone number, and hours of operation will appear as soon as an office location is selected from the drop down menu. The hours of operation are automatically pulled from Google based on the address and phone number entered when creating the office location.

B – Available agents

The agents that are available over the next two days (including the current day) will be presented here where you can quickly reference their general availability.

C – Available time slots

The system will automatically present all the open time slots available, for agents at an office location, over the next two days (including the current day).
