SETTING UP REVIEWERS AND APPROVERS 


You can set up who can Review or Approve documents using these steps: 

1. Go to Admin then Security Profiles 

2. You will see a list of groups who can become Approver and Reviewers 

3. To change this, click the “Modify” button on the line of the group you would like to change 




4. Here you will see a list of functions that are available to this group. Check off Reviewer, Approver or both 


5. Click Update
