One of the requirements of using the Ascend direct upload function is to have prescribed Ascend form names mapped to the Fileassure document naming prefix and folder.
Those with admin access will be able to customize the aforementioned.
For each prescribed Ascend form:
- Go to Admin > Account Settings > Document Allocation Config
- Type in the Ascend form name exactly as it appears in the report preview tab
- Type in a Fileassure document naming prefix you'd like it to be uploaded as
This can often be the long ascend form name, or condensed name of your choosing - Select the folder you want the Ascend form to appear in
- Click Add
