The document naming prefixes are associated to each folder, and can be customized by you after the initial setup of Fileassure for your office.


There is no restrictions on the number of prefixes you can have for a folder.


Note:

Do not use any special characters such as:

! @ # $ % ^ & * + < > / ? : ; \ | ~


  1. Go to Admin > Account Settings > Document Allocation Config
  2. Type in a Fileassure document naming prefix
  3. Select the folder you want this prefix to be available for
  4. Click Add
