What is Lead Intake?

The system helps centralize all leads so that all tasks can be managed in a more efficient manner. Lead sources can come from:

• Web form submissions
• Social media 
• Telephone calls

Each one of these sources can be fed through to the system, where a resulting case or task is created for further action. Web from submissions and social media integrations allow the system to automatically create the debtor record with information they entered such as their name, and contact information. 

Calls received through a telephony program will automatically trigger the intake screen where data can be manually entered to capture the details of the debtor.
