The POC Processing screen is presented to you once you click an item from the POC work queue. This screen will display all the attachments of the email in the middle of the screen, the email contents on the right, and processing options on the left hand side.

The OCR engine will populate what it can pick up from the Proof of Claim and put it in the corresponding fields on the left hand side.
